At Dining Showroom, we ship your order using the safest, fastest and most reliable methods possible. We have established strong relationships with some of the best delivery and freight carriers nationwide. Due to the size of our orders, we generally use ground carriers.
When your order ships, we will notify you of all carrier and tracking information as well as the estimated delivery date and time via email. After an order is placed, it usually takes 2-4 business days to process and leave the warehouse. Once it has been picked up by one our shipping companies, delivery is usually made between 1-5 business days. We encourage you to track your packages either online or though the carrier's phone service. Contact us at 1-888-217-2050 for assistance in tracking your package. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.
In the event that you desire the products quickly, we, in most cases, are able to accommodate you. Please contact us regarding expediting shipping fees.
We offer 3 different shipping methods.
We generally ship all lighter smaller items via UPS and FedEx. These companies provide the fastest and most reliable method of shipping available for may item that we sell.
Dining Showroom will email you a tracking number so that you can track the order and the expected delivery date. Shipments usually arrive 1-5 business days from the time the order leaves the warehouse.
We do not require a signature at the time of delivery. However, the decision to leave a package without a signature is at the discretion of the driver. If you wish to have an item left at your doorstep it is advised you leave a note on the door with instructions to leave the item without signature.
Expedited shipping methods are available.
Many of our larger items will ship via truck freight. Deliveries that are made via freight will be unloaded with a lift gate and delivered to the driveway. Truck drivers are not authorized to perform any assembly services not can they put the items in the room of your choice.
Most shipping companies will offer additional services in assisting help move merchandise inside the home. Should you have any additional questions about additional delivery services please call our offices at 1-888-217-2050.
At the time your order leaves the warehouse an email with tracking information will be sent to you please note that freight will require someone to sign for and accept the delivery. The shipper will set up a delivery appointment (usually a 2-4 hour window during normal business hours.)
This is the most basic level of shipping service. The customer will be responsible for removing the items off the rear of the truck. If you ordered a very large item, please keep in mind that you may need additional people to help you unload and carry the item. Additional services are available. You may either contact the shipping company direct once we have sent tracking information or by calling our offices to make arrangements prior to shipment at 1-888-217-2050.
The driver will not take the item into the home or provide and assembly services.
In order to make your shopping easy and enjoyable, our listed prices already include FREE ground SHIPPING to anywhere in the continental United States. There is an additional fee to ship to Hawaii, Alaska and U.S. territories. You should beware of retailers that hide their fees and shipping charges. At Dining Showroom, we will never surprise you with any hidden charges or fees. The price you see when you check out is the price you pay.
At Dining Showroom, we offer you the ability to easily send separate items within the same order to separate addresses. For each item in your shopping cart, you can designate a specific shipping recipient. Call us for assistance with this process.

Dining Showroom is proud to offer free shipping to Canada. We do not charge any additional fees for crossing the border with the exception of the Canadian Taxes, Duties and Broker Fees. We have our own customs broker and we take care of all of the paperwork for you and taxes.
The Canadian taxes are GST. GST is a 5 percent tax while the Duty is an additional 9.5 percent. Sometimes the province you live in might charge an additional tax such as HST. The Broker’s fee is a flat $95.00 fee to process all of the paperwork.
Platinum Delivery is NOT available for our Canadian Deliveries. When item is listed with Platinum Delivery, Classic Delivery will be substituted for the order.
